No such thing. Most of the quitters I have seen have quit because THEY WANT TO. Most of them that quit BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO have re-offended.

With what? She is broke and probably spent her last few bucks on the next score which was taken away.

You must be having trouble with your reading comprehension today. Go back and reread my posts. I propose frying the drug dealing kingpins, not the users.

Do you think that ALL cops are as you describe? Every, single one of them?

It's part of a ring. Fry every kingpin you can but as long as there are users, somebody will step in. Vegas has no shortage of people "with a system".

Until Mr Tough Talker needs them, they are.

So will the prison system take care of her medical needs? this might actually be a good thing for her.

Strung Out

For how long? Till she gets out and gets back to the same old routine?

Everyone's got a "medical problem".

Well, she is kinda cute so pro "boner" might be a better way to pay for it. :D

She will get a minimum of Medical Care. Just like Prisons are overcrowded the Medical care is overcrowded and poor at the Prison itself.

However, if the withdrawal Symptoms are bad and She Vomits like in the thread where the MP was transporting a Prisoner it is easy for Someone to suffocate on their own Vomit.

I really doubt if they watch a Person every Minute while they go through withdrawals.

BenHogan. I sent you a PM with some useful info.

The sad news is that in the US the system is designed to feed her to the corrections corporations and not actually help her in any way.

Portugal had a very bad problem with hard drug addiction. It forced them to re-think their whole approach. They no longer treat drug offenders as criminals and offer them an optional treatment program. Their current use / abuse statistics shame the US's numbers.

too many politicians and judges own shares of stock in the for profit correction corporations. That idea would never fly.

Illegal drug use seems to be quite common in the world of badges and guns...
Steroid use among law enforcement: 'It

Not sure what you said in the post that Larry responded to (it's been deleted apparently) and I hate to agree with Larry but dang dude, you do have a lot of hatred for police.

Drug use is not all victimless crime as hard core librarians want to have it. The world of coke and heroin has some weird shyte mixed in. I've gotten to know a young lady in the last year, probably should avoid her like the plague but she's quite bright and likable in many regards - the problem is she has given her life over to heroin. You have to witness it up close to believe it.

She's about 26 now, a well educated Jewish girl, has been working as a prostitute for a while and recently had a baby with her pimp. She speaks glowingly of 'this perfect magic being' but she only spottily cares for her (her mother has the burden) much of the time she is still partying with her cadre.

The war on drugs is sorta weird - pot especially - but heroin is a strange animal. China had a major taste of the degradation that opium products can bring to a society back when the Brits were getting rich selling it to them.

I'm guessing spdrun deleted the post Larry responded to or Mods did.

BTW Aklim, that was 8 posts in a row from you. Might be a new record.
