Lyndon LaRouche beat me to it.

Dudesky 12-14-2013 10:18 PM

Birther thing is so retro dude.

He got student loans for those colleges filed as a foreign student.

Of course he has his records sealed....but you do know he lost his license to practice law for falsifying documents.

^ He had lived in Indonesia for awhile. Oh well

The Vince Foster story is intetesting. All signs that I've managed to read about point to a slightly troubled man made more troubled by the rough and tumble cage match of WA DC.

The White House Travel Office story didn't sound all that salacious to me but the R press hung onto it like a honey badger onto a honey coated piece of meat. Foster reportedly did not deal well with falsehoods about him being trumpeted in the WSJ.

And then after his suicide, he was used for yet more dirt to be directed at the Clinton's. It was a proud moment for Rightie, Inc.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain....:)

Huh?? Well, that explains it.:confused:

"In the water, Fuddy held hands with deputy director Keith Yamamoto as he tried to help her relax, said the Rev. Patrick Killilea, who consoled Yamamoto after the ordeal.

"He recounted how he said he helped Loretta into her life jacket and he held her hand for some time," the priest said. "They were all floating together and she let go and there was no response from her."

Point was....filing as a foreign student isn't illegal. It is if you are a citizen by birth...;)

He and She lost their licenses to practice law, I believe, due to lying on some applications or other forms.

Nothing to see here....move along...:D

You are repeating nonsense that has been soundly refuted since 2008.

Neither one lost or otherwise surrendered their license. There was no malpractice. They both placed their licenses on suspended status. A common practice for lawyers who aren't in active legal work in order to avoid having to pay renewal fees, take continuing education and pay for required professional insurance. Obama placed his license into retired status after having been elected.

Twenty or so years ago a Lawyer friend of mine put his license on suspension since he was doing so much work in the oil business he decided to just quit law and become an oil producer. He saved himself $5,000 a year in fees necessary to keep his license current.

He is still in the oil biz, still not paying those fees, but if he wanted to he could slap down the cash and start practicing again.

This is really a very common thing, but those that are ignorant of the ins and out of professional licensing are easily fooled by stories they wish were true such as the one about the Obama's.

Bernie Madoff's Auditor, a CPA, did not carry liability insurance for audit work, nor did he tell the NY Board of Accountancy that he performed audit services. Thus, he flew under the radar of tighter practice monitoring by state & professional reviewers.
OT: I have often wondered how no one bothered to a) review his audited financials, b) googled the auditor and c) checked on the public access portion of the AICPA's CPA Peer Review Program to read the report on the firm's most recent peer review.
A two (or three) man firm (including the secretary) located in a strip mall would/should have set off alarms.

"Going inactive" and ceasing to practice law aren't necessarily one and the same. Ditto for accountants.;)

it's funny how Snopes created a market for itself as the "Omni" source of info for many people

Botnst 12-26-2013 06:23 PM

I sure as hell would not let the facts stand in my why.

That Muslin bastid's been fooling people for decades.

And your little dog, too!
