In a state run DMV youll most always be in for a most interesting game of pin the tail on the title.A good practice I would give anyone here is to always do a follow up call 3 to 4 wks after submittal to see if the title has passed thru the state,a simple plate # with your name is all that is required ,in my case it was not passed because of some clerical error, not of my own is what Im getting but a vin issue.It is now going on 10 wks since submittal and the calls I made on wk 7 only got me a canned responce that these things take time , I finally asked a state paid employee which gave a damn to look up the file, it was already titled before through another county is the intele but seems they cant find the other required stats ,what that means you got me but it was a bonded title which Ive had no problems with in the past until now .For right now its back to the whating game with a pin and a state paid employee.
