BTW, the gal I sold my '84 SD in '07 still has it. She lives about 4 blocks away from me, and works at the chiropractor office I go to. I told her the last time I saw her, that she's now owned it longer than I did. She says"Oh Rick, it'll always be your Benz!"

I'm still here from December '01.

I joined after I purchased my 1993 300E (3.2) "E320".

I can't believe it's been 13 years.

Since then, I've owned two W210 E430's, and The Red Baron (280SE 4.5).

You sure did. We arrived on the scene at almost the same time. One month apart.

I joined because I bought a 307d motorhome in the UK with a 616. It needed a waterpump and I needed advice. No one here knew anything about it in 2002. Still don't. Water pump on the 84 307d was different than any other 616 model including other years of the X07d vans.
