Yes, as a matter of fact. It used to be a toy, now its alternate transportation. Several times I've run around town with car parts on it looking for replacements. Just doing that it's paid for itself (no got to get get the car back together by the morning.) I'm waiting for my daughter to be able to reach the foot pegs. And I remember the pre-helmet days here in California. Fun but dangerous.

I have three bikes.

Rode Triumphs until I was 25 and got my first car. Wow, what luxury to drive a car-warm and quiet in Michigan.
The coldest I rode in was minus 5 degrees. Rode about half mile and thought to myself, "that was studid".

Love bikes though, and am living here in bike heaven in the Bay area in CA.

Watcha got and what kind of riding tickles your fancy?

Oh, I see you have a Maxim.

I love the way Yamaha makes things. My Venture is one of the great ones. I regularly ride with Gold Wings and they don't want to even try to keep up with some spirited riding which the Venture brings out occasionally.

I would like a Ducati and an old BMW. and maybe a CBX for the sound. And a Kawasaki 1000 for the sheer brilliance of their engines. And an old Suzuki GSX, and a Yamaha FJ, and and...

My 24 year old daughter used to ride an 82 Yamaha 650 Seca, but sold it when she got pregnant. In fact, she forgot that she had an extra set of carbs for the bike waiting for rebuilding, and we have been trying to find a forum where she can sell them as well. Any ideas?

I was thinking for fun of picking up an early 80's Honda Nighthawk. cool looking bikes.

My favortie is a nice older BMW motorcycle, and I love a Good ducatti.

I've never really ridden a motorcycle, but I would love to have one for cruising on a sunday or just going for a quick ride.

The nighthawks can be found for cheap. a Friend moved out here to Los Angeles for several months, and got one for like $500 and rode it the whole time, then sold it before he left. It was a great little bike that provided him with cheap transportation.

I had planned on picking one up for a friend of mine who is in need of transport, and one for myself. if I can get away with getting two for a good price, it would be very cool.

I'm not one who would want a bike that is very fast, I would like to just cruise on one, but I want it to look cool, and the nighthawk as far a sI am concerned is pretty cool looking.
