2004 Ford F150 w/ 4.6L V8

Considering picking up a 2004 Ford F150 XL 4X4 for my kid. It has only 75,000 miles on the 4.6L V8. You guys seem to have a lot of history and knowledge on pick up truck engines. Is this a good one? Anything to be weary of?
