A Lot Can Happen In Ten Years ...

As I get ready for my annual Mercedes party, I find myself thinking back on the past ten years. In less than a month I'll be seeing a great group of friends that I originally met through the Shopforum.

One of the reasons I've continued with this site is the large number of members that I've had the opportunity to meet in person. I've enjoyed meeting each person and putting a face/voice to their posts. I share MANY other interests with my MB family and have taken sound advice from them in other areas of my life.

As far as the cars: Thanks to everyone that stepped up with personally tested info and photos. There were times in my diesel MB ownership that I could not find a mechanic willing to work on my vehicles. Through posts here, private messages, and even phone calls with a few gurus, I was able to overcome every problem I encountered ... except rust. A welder, the space, time, funding, etc. are the only proper fix for rust.


Anyway, just wanted to says thanks to a great forum. Carry on!
