Mercedes-Benz To End DTM Program After 2018

It looks like Mercedes will be focusing on the new Formula E sanction, just like Porsche. Earlier this year they announced that their final year of racing in DTM will be 2018, which they've consistently been running in for 30 years. They ended the 2017 year with a second place championship, not bad. They will be focusing their efforts on the Formula E program for the 2018-2019 season. What are your thoughts of this change up?
