watch what you eat
The human body, does not have the organism,in our stomachs like termites. They can digest wood, for some years now wood pulp,or labeled cellulose, has been making its way into our foods, and meats. Now it's cheese, when you buy it,make sure it does not say cheese product. This new stuff is in Pizza's,frozen, and take out.Get some in your mustache, and only rubbing alcohol will remove the smell.
Try and melt some on a burger, and its curled up plastic.

Our national food industry is a serious trip in many spots. I am so happy I've simplified my diet. Virtually everything I eat is from basic ingredients that I assemble myself though I do have a weakness for Cheetos, may God forgive my weak ass. I keep those to pretty rare occasions.
For example, I now have a great lunch that I can quickly put together. Digests easily and is helping me lose weight: I sautee up a bunch of veggies maybe twice a week - broccoli, brussel sprouts, asparagus, onion, bell pepper (red, never green), garlic - one or all of the first three ingredients - refrigerate the ample leftovers, toss some of those in a small plastic tub, put that in my lunch box with a can of sardines. The latter supposedly better for you than salmon. A good and quick lunch for about $2.

I'm cutting dairy out of my diet. Almond milk is just fine in my cereal.
