Happens more than one would think. Anytime someone brings a cause of action as a plaintiff they shoulder the risk of a counter-suit.

I think a good example is the stopping of production of light aircraft for accidents light planes were involved in. The high new cost since production resumed. May have a very expensive liability insurance component in the cost today.

The gun grabbing Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence provided them lawyers for the case against the ammo dealer in the Aurora shooting, and then they got stuck paying $203,000 in the gun dealer's attorneys' fees. Whacked? I think that's funny as ****!

Both plaintiff and defendant believe they are right. This is why you see defendant's file counter-claims against the plaintiff. In Texas, they call this "locking horns".

It's hard to understand how you could be gleeful over that decision. It's truly repugnant.

I think it's funny, and I am gleeful because I buy ammunition, and I don't want my constitutional rights trampled on my some ambulance chasers.

What's really repugnant is the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence not reimbursing the Phillips for their loss, a loss which those experts at the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence knew was a distinct possibility.

"One of the six, steel-jacketed bullets that killed her slammed through a theater seat, entered her left eye and left a five-inch hole in her face as it blew her brains out on to the theater floor. The other five specially designed bullets tumbled when they tore through her flesh and did devastating damage to both legs, arms and intestines."

If you find that funny, I implore you to seek psychiatric attention. Escpecially if you feel your right to buy armor piercing ammunition is being infringed in any way.
