80 year old ran a red light and plowed into my 560SL. I'm sure its totaled...I'm covered by Hagerty with an agreed valuation. The other guy was unharmed, and was given 3 citations for his part. His insurance called this morning to inform me that they accept responsibility due to two eye witnesses seeing that I had the left green arrow. They also told that they will call me in a few weeks with an offer for pain and suffering.

After that call, I contacted my attorney and have an appointment on Tuesday. I have a separated sternum, bruises across the chest from the seat belt, and both knees bruised from hitting the dash...my neck is pretty raw from the belt, and I've had a headache since the accident.

The old girl did her job...
