Cloves

I’ve been reading reports on the web which have it that putting cloves into your diet helps to ensure impressive achievement of wood. I, of course, have no difficulty in that regard (cough, cough) but what the heck, it’s worth investigating. I am willing to experiment with my body for the advancement of science.

I bought a small bottle of ground cloves at Safeway. Damn that stuff has an intense taste. I’ve never been too big on them (me make funny). I used to hate clove cigarettes when hip cats would smoke them decades ago.

Pop quiz time, on a related note, are you aware there is a probiotic for which experimental results indicate an enhancement of testicular vitality? Oddly enough, that probiotic is now part of my routine.

Done with the quiz?

Here’s the link:

You can buy the stuff cheaper from Amazon, the Swanson brand.

I bought three months’ worth from Umzu, as they were good enough to bring it to my attention. This is another of those things which I cannot swear actually works, I take it on faith. Of course, given my impressive natural attributes, it would be hard to discern improvement.

I'll have to stock up in case I need it in a few years. I don't think mine have shrunken any but they are not as frisky as they were.

Decline in friskiness is not to be desired. Some of it is going to happen naturally but there are ways to slow the decline.

Gut bacterial health is a big item these days. This is why resistant starch is a big deal. Those bacteria want food. It’s the process of digesting the kind of stuff that feeds them that leads to the good results. Just taking the probiotic alone would be a good idea, AFAIK, but they want to be fed.

Normally what I’m about to say would be TMI, no question.

But as discussion is in the interest of science not to mention, you know, getting some and getting it good, I am happy to report that I had the best morning wood today that I’ve had in years. I mean it was happening.

Add to that the fact that I’m down to 165, I might even have washboard abs someday after all. I’m lifting weights regularly, I’m hoping the weight starts to go back up but not from fat. We’ll see.

There’s a bodybuilding coach on the web who sells a testosterone boosting formula, supposed to be totally natural, just herbs, plants, etc. that helps to stimulate your natural functions. His product is called Test Boost Max, he calls himself Vince Sant. Sounds like a stage name. Oh well, I like his vibe better than most of them, and a lot of his info seems pretty good. There’s a video at the following link, and like both of them he ends up by pitching his company’s supplement that covers the issues he just spoke about. As long as the info is OK I am OK with that.

I bought some of the Test Boost Max, I’ll probably never know whether it did any good or not. Oh well. Im going to start adding more cayenne to my diet as well. .

… make a fool of myself again …

For what it’s worth, two years ago I embarked on an odd journey. I had two surgeries about a month apart, both turned out well, but I wasn’t out of the woods apparently, a few months later I came down with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, sometimes referred to as non-favorable diagnosis lymphoma.

Saints be praised, after chemotherapy and major diet improvement, I am clean and ready for another 20 years. There were many times during the interim however that I thought my ropin’ and ridin’ days were over.

Instead, here I am bragging about morning wood! Glory Hallelujah.

Does your mouth go numb? Clove oil has antiseptic and anesthetic properties. At least you don't have to worry about bad breath.

I haven’t experienced that. I’m only using a quarter teaspoon a day, it doesn’t stay long in my mouth.

On the subject of producing wood as we advance in years, supposedly bee pollen is useful to that end. I’ve always sort of like the stuff, it’s mildly sweet.
