Do you remember her? She was the one slated to go to the 2020 Olympics and then tested positive for marijuana. I was impressed with her running, it was hard not to be a little distracted by the huge mane of orange hair, or whatever color she chose that day, not to mention the mega long fingernails. It was all a little bit loud, and me thinking oh well.
But somehow she’s come back, and with a bit more subdued, but still stylish presentation. She won from one of the outside lanes, not common, she defeated the two prodigious Jamaican sprinters who seemingly never lose.
It is sweet to see, I am happy for her.
