Prison Phone Time.

For those of you who do not know or not aware this. Many jails and prisons require the inmate's families put up a credit card to pay for collect phone calls from the inside. $3.00 plus per minute rates are not unusual. I've been told that certain select politicians own the rights to the monies generated by these over-priced collect phone calls. Who woulda thunk it?
