I have returned!
I am no longer Benzless! After a 1 year hiatus, I just picked up a cherry little '91 300E. It's Astral silver with dove grey interior. The same combination as my trusty 300SE. It has 120K on it and I have all the books and records. In the last 10K it's had the radiator, water pump, t-stat, belts and hoses, tires (Michelen MXV4), A/C hoses and a muffler. It also just had a complete valve job. So I'm hoping it's had all the "big stuff" done and I'm in for some fairly trouble free driving. Oh yeah, I also got a set of 8 spoke wheels thrown with it.
I'm looking forward to talking to my old friends here and hopefuly will make a few new ones. Bill
