dino vs synthetic debaters & oil enthusiasts - check this out!

I was doing some research on google for some lubrication products and came across this forum. Has anyone here checked this out?

Though not quite as active, these forums may prove to be interesting for the technically minded -

Lightbulb Oil's well that ends well!

There is so much tech-based discussion going on I think a lot of people simply forget that the newer oils, dino or synthetic, are generally so damn GOOD! that it almost becomes a moot point... But some of these guys actually LIVE, BREATH & DRINK oil discussions! But there really is a lot of good info available. On coolant, tranny fluids, etc.

The correct weight and spec oils, changed "HOT & OFTEN", should take care of the needs of almost any engine. Longer drain intervals & testing is really attractive to some people. Every 3-5K oil & filter changes with dino ought to cover the rest.

I like Pennzoil LongLife 15W-40 changes every 5K.

Cheers!
