How to lower your cholesterol? OFFICIAL NEW RESULTS!!

Ratio old score: 4.6 new score: 4.1

This is in the space of about six weeks.

The dramatic lowering of cholesterol was due to two factors:

1. The first test was taken soon after I had been sick. I hadn't eaten right and was on a lot of antihystimines. When you don't eat enough, the liver pumps out stuff (including bad cholesterol) into the blood.

2. My cholesterol/other levels were probably around those of the second test in the first place. As I suspected, because of my overall good diet and excersise regime, the cholesterol was never that high in the first place. The first test was not indicitive of my usual levels.

After a week in Europe, believe me, I enjoyed my fill of wine.

This weekend is the Virginia Wine Festival. It's held in Great Meadows, VA and I go every year. I'll be sure to enjoy my fill wonderful Virginia wine and a couple cigars too!
