And again, Israel gets away with it

The building of the Fence will continue as scheduled, on Palestinian territory of course. President Bush is clearly very annoyed with this issue, but apparently cannot stop Sharon.
Why is it that Israel can always get away with it? Cann't figure it out.

I mean, the oil is secure now.
