Boy, has this forum died!

Everyone gone on vacation, or what?
Or have we just pissed too many off?

So, how's the Suby treating ya? Any major prob's so far?
I'm thinking seriously of selling my Audi's and picking up a Subaru. The 4-wheel drive really sounds good. My brother loves his Outback

I surf regularly on a daily basis, and in the years I've been a member, I've seen the same peaks and dives in participation. Usually coincides with personal activities, holidays, and people ACTUALLY having a life outside of Mercedesshop.com (go figure) .

school's been taking up most of my time, but I can tell that the hostility hasn't died out in this forum (judging by the political thread that seems to be getting out of hand). I found that I spent tons of time reading posts and responding to losers who had nothing better to do than criticize me, and I ended up wasting a lot of time. I do check every now and then but I post far less often.

BTW, does anybody understand what bard says? I rarely understand that man.

I did think about many of us(you) going back to school after I posted this.
Yeah, use the 'ol ignore feature. Works wonders. I only have had to put one person on it, and that individual has been MIA for awhile now anyway.
Glad to see ya around tho' Robert.

Howdy All,
A lot of the threads going on just don't interest me. Maybe I should start another "dog" thread But the thing that I want to talk about in a dog thread would bring down the wrath of the bleeding heart animal rights people and that could close down a perfectly good thread.

I'm kinda feeling the same way...

There are a lot of threads that I choose to peruse, but not interject. Many of the "hotter" threads get saturated with political and philosophical dialogue (both weaknesses of mine), so I can't add much to enhance awareness anymore than I can help fight an oil fire with a cup of water.

Plus I find (through marital experience) that sometimes it's best to just shut up and listen...

I guess the fact that this thread has made it to page 2 proves we're all bored
We'll have to get creative and start something we can all argue about. The "don't buy Chineese" thread is going pretty good though

Hey rickg how about a good old oil thread
Lets start dino at 3k mile changes is better then synthitic at 6k mile changes. Also Fram filters are the best Now watch this thread expand to 20 pages overnight.

Howdy All,
Let's see now!¡ We have a "dog" thread going, we also have another don't buy from this or that country thread. An oil vs syn would just be moved to the tech forum and then locked down So that leaves us with the anti-thread thread. First someone has to explain it to me

Still here, and plan to stay for a long time!

90% of my time is now spent between working as much as possible and searching for a house to buy. Our internet was screwed up by the hurricane until last night. Besides that, if I'm on it, I'm on real-estate sites looking at houses! I've now looked at over 70 homes! But it's got to be the right one.

Do the Chinese have mail order homes?
