a bicycle ride. i rode about 12 miles on this PERFECT afternoon.
it was quite a treat now that the humidity of summer is gone.

since the weather here in atlanta has finally changed to FANTASTIC,
ive been trying to get in more outside activity rather than hitting the gym.
some leafs and the rake took care of the upper body portion.

i was riding approx 150 miles a week a few years back (on road bikes), and i wish i could get back into that kind of shape now.
