Only have the wife left to buy for. Really drew a blank this year for her Had to ask the daughters for help. So, I'll be swinging by the hair salon she likes for a gift certificate on the way home form work today. I know. Kinda lame. But we both decided nothing big this year. More just token gifts. Tight budget and all.

Did some limited shopping at stores, but mostly shopped online.

Had enough with the insane parking chaos at the mega malls, and listening to whiny kids and screaming toddlers in toy stores, and long lines at registers, as well as overloaded servers timing out your transactions at the checkouts.

Been done for a month now. If you don't want leftovers you've got to shop early.
