Maytag Neptune lost spin cycle?
Happened to our washer. I did some research and figured out the typical cause and fix. Ask me if you need help.

The same thing happened to me. In my case it was that the door was not locking. You may want to check that.

JayGH, that was essentially the problem in our case. Something fried the circuit in the controller board that locks the door and enables spin cycle. I don't think it was the wax motor since the old one works with a new controller board. I replaced the wax motor just to be safe. What were your symptoms and what was the fix?
Eric, our Neptune has a solid front door and it's not particularly heavy as washers go. Sixto 95 S420 87 300SDL |

Maytag is sending out free controller boards, call them up and ask for the PHA kit to be sent to you. And get a new latch, install a inline 1 amp fuse to protect the board, to the wax motor.
