I'll bet the emergency room scene was straight out of Monty Python.
Man with shark attached to leg: "I wonder if I might see a physican?" Emergency room nurse: "What seems to be the problem?" Man with shark attached to leg: "I seem to have a shark attached to my leg." Emergency room nurse: " Have you ever had this problem before?" You get the picture!!
