Codes P0700 &P0715 ?

The last couple of days my 1997 E320 has been shifting into neutral while driving, similar to a "limp-home mode". When this occurs the "check engine" light and "engine electronics" light come on. After sitting on the side of the rode with the engine off, the car will start and drive normally for a couple of miles then do the same. I had the engine electronics analyzed at Auto Zone and codes P0700 and P0715 came up. Can anyone help identify what these codes mean in Mercedes language? If you have had a similar problem, please let me know your solution. Thanks in advance for any help! Big Ron
