Any difference between a 129 rear and a 107 rear

I was looking at the rear end of my 560SL and my SL600, they look exacly the same. Is the SL600 any stronger, will it bolt right in? The CV shafts also look about the same. Are the parts any heavyer in the 129 than the 107. They apear not to be. Id like to swap rears even if they are the same since my 560SL has 200K miles on it. I know the ratios are slightly different as well which is good because the SL600 is numericaly higher.

You need the SL600 rear end. It has the ABS ASR and ADS sensors in it....

ESP is almost the same thing as ASR. ESP incorporates the wheel braking to help prevent sliding on wet surfaces. ASR to my knowledge is just acceleration slip regulation, where it limits wheelspin for the rear tires by cutting power. ADS is the adaptive dampening suspension where around corners, it adds more force to one lide to level you out.

OK so are these sensors on the wheels or on the diff. I know for my 107 the ABS sensor is on the diff, but a better system would be ono on each wheel. I would think the ADS has nothing to do with the diff. It would be very cool if I could install ESP on the 107 and who knows maybe ADS.
