I wanted what/if any mods would need to be done to fit a tranny and rear end out of a W126 chassis into a W123.

The plans are the turbodiesel from a W126 into my W123. It'd be nice if I can swap the entire drive train in.

I think the w126 is wider.I'am lucky my 300sd has a different rear 2:47.
