What is the difference between 124 E320/300E sedan and coupe front swaybars?

Hi,
Just wondering if I can fit a 124 coupe front sway bar to a 124 sedan (six cylinder only)?
E320 sedans and coupes have different sway bar part numbers even though they weigh very similar amounts. Any ideas why?
Thanks
farrukh

My E320 Wagon front sway bar is 27mm. I was looking at replacing my 2.3-16's 23mm with an E320 bar. Any othe memsurements would be appreciated.
