W210 Rust around door molding/Bumper Respray

Last summer's car project was getting the rust addressed on the doors of the E300. The plastic molding on the doors of W210's seems to trap moisture and cause rust. Terrible design flaw in my opinion. I also had a ton of rock chips after 200k miles on the bumper of my car. Plus, a recent tow hook up had caused my lower valance lip to crack.
We removed the doors of my E300 to properly address the rust. Luckily most of this rust was surface rust and not much beyond that. Everything was sanded down and properly prepped for repaint. What we also did was remove the inside paneling in order to coat the inside of the doors with POR-15. This way the doors can't rust from the inside-out.
Bumper was removed, primed and resprayed. We ordered a new lower valance and painted that as well.
I hope you enjoy.
