My 1972 W114 250C project

Hello,
This is my 1972 250c the day I bought it


Unfortunately the engine was bad.


So I bought 1998 W210 Turbo diesel to "borrow" that legendary OM606






To fit OM606 in W114, subframe needs to be modified.




And last project is the Big Brakes kit upgrade
This is driver side


Brake disc is 330x28 from W203 sport
Calipers are from W220.

Wow, I am encountering problems with the oil filter cartridge canister on my 1970 250/8 W114, crap gets past the filter cartridge and I want to know if you determined what was the cause of the demise of the engine you removed from your car. I am looking for filter conversion kit to relocate the filter to a different location and a different design of filter, from replaceable filter element in a canister to spin on filter. also Where did you get that bracket to install larger brakes, did you fabricate it or purchase, I would love four...
