lowering my w204 C350

My 08 C350 has almost 150k and though Ive only owned it for a year, I have wanted to lower it since day 1. Here's a little snippet from my instagram page since I don't actually have the pics anymore.

Being that its my daily driver and I have an E30 for the wild stuff, I resisted and resisted, but I finally caved. I picked up a stock C63 suspension setup that has 7600 miles on it for next to nothing and on Friday Im going to pickup a set of H&R springs so I will finally be lowering the car and having a bit fresher more aggressive setup.

Question to you guys is, besides Strut Caps, is there anything else I should replace so the suspension is fresh as can be?

I'm sure the bushings are still in great shape, but that's the only thing I would double check - sounds like it'll be a great, sporty setup.

Hey Dmitry!

I have a friend of a friend whos a tech at a MB indy shop and he does the larger ticket stuff for me and while he was changing my tranny fluid I asked him to check out the suspension and he said the bushings were fine. The car has almost 150k on it now so I figured it would be on the list of to-do's but it looks good for now.

I think Im going to just buy the strut caps and get this setup installed. Ive looked and it seems pretty simple. Pelican has a write-up on it, dont you?

In other news, I finally got a few minutes today to add on these depo side markers I got from the guy selling the h&r springs. Subtle change but really adds to the look.

Thanks I can't wait. I should have the strut caps this weekend so I will start assembling everything. The E30 is also getting its coilovers installed and corner balanced so once that's done I'll be ready to install this stuff.

When I went to meet up with the guy to buy my coilovers the r just looked so good sitting there that I had to snap a few pics
