I think you're confusing WSS with simple Passenger Seat mat Occupancy Sensor.

WSS is 4 frame sensors, control module, calibration etc… I doubt you'll find WSS on any W210. It was fitted on W211...

I don't think it's MAF, not yet anyway. I my experience with E320 and SL500 when MAF needs attention there would be fuel trim fault codes and possibly misfire code in addition. Do you have any issues...

MAF sensor on your car has self-cleaning cycle, every time you turn off the engine, so it's not necessary to clean it with MAF cleaner as a preventive maintenance. OTOH if it is out of specs cleaning...

I'm replacing fuel injectors on my friend's 97 C280 (M104.941) I can't find torque specs for the 5 bolts holding fuel rail. There is nothing in WIS on this, I only see 25 Nm for intake manifold...
