I worked at M-B around 2000 and replaced one M120 coil pack - $4000 IIRC. Pretty whizzy though, it used an AC signal through the spark plug (ion sensing) after ignition to detect abnormal combustion...

Horsepower is calculated from torque and rpm, which means that the curves cross at 5252 rpm on every dyno sheet as long as you're using imperial units....
