This is wierd i notice the other day when I honk my horn the tach moves the harder i push the horn the higher the tach goes the same with just hardly pushing it how do i fix this????? I have a 1983...

I have a 1983 300TD and my driver window doesn't work i've tryed and tested everything the switch,wire,motor it's all working the 2 leads running to the terminal strip on the door
reads about 12...
