The blower motor on my 300D works when 12 volts are applied directly to the motor. I've replaced the push button controller and 2 relays behind the glove box with workable replaced units and the fuse...

I have a '83 300D with a non functioning defrost blower. The blower works with 12 volts applied to the plug terminals. The fuse in the under hood fuse box is good. I tried replacing the two relays...
