I am not sure about too much on the old M5's but I DO know when I started pricing out M3 prices on a 1988 M3 I was looking at, I about had a stroke. They were at LEAST twice the price of the normal...

I saw a C55 on eBay a while ago....

That someone "made" from bolt-ons, etc. Even had the blue/black interior....pretty cool if you got the change.....Oh by the way, this was a sedan though...

I myself love the wagons all highly...

Manual klima in non-US cars

I'm located in a little town near Oppenheim and Nierstein called Dexheim. I am still not sure why they didn't offer this option in the US. I know for a fact that that most German cars have AC issues...

I know of one thing to make a 400e feel faster...

This has been mentioned before but swapping out the rear end for a 2.82 makes a pretty good improvement in the feel of things off the line, considering the car has 1st gear start alrerady. I know...

V8 Wagons in Europe

In the W210 line they made a e430T which seems pretty cool. I'm seriously thinking about getting one and having it converted to US spec if it's not too expensive. I'm currently stationed in Germany...
