Parts of w123 tach needed

Hi,

You need the metal work that holds the tach into the cluster and the clock time adjuster as it is mounted on the other side.

And you may need a face too.

Yes that one should do, but you will need a w123 tach dash hardware as the w126 is different.

Yes the tachometer should work.

I used a tachometer mechanism out of a W126 300se to repair the tachometer in my 280TE that had stopped working.

I removed the tachometer mechanism from the w126...

There are many ways of finding out the info.

There is a Haynes Manual around that covers the 280TE Wagon that would help with the body parts
