shut off valve

I need to replace the shut off valve(or the o ring)on my 98 300 turbo diesel.Can this be done without removing intake manifold?Cant find a price for this part anyone know approx.Thanks for any...

1998 e300 turbo diesel wont start

My car turned over this morning but wouldnt start.I added 4 gallons of diesel(tank was showing quarter full) tried again still no go.Any ideas? thanks in advance

I have just bought a 1998 e300 turbo diesel and cant find basic service info. on it.Can anyone advise me how to remove fuel filter?Any help would be appreciated.
