Turn signals fail

Help. 79 350slc Euro stick.Both R & L turn signal fail.Hazard flashers are ok. Fuse is ok.look for flasher unit underneath the dash. nothing.Is it under the center console?

I think I have a 79, 350 slc. My chassis # is 107.02310013609 according to chassis refererence it for 71-73. nothing after that. Any wayits ideling at 2000.I adjust the linkage now its idling at 1000...
