My indy mechanic doesn't think any of those issues are a big deal for a car with that mileage.

Well I am still trying to find that car!!!!
1992 black SL was sold.
1996 red SL at the dealer in Mass was a rat. Paint was bad.....
1999 red SL is priced at $24K and it is in very clean condition...

The Mercedes is at a dealership that sells Japanese made cars.
The dealership is located in the Northeast US.

Have located a 1997 40th Anniversary Edition SL500.
Clear title.
The car looks clean in photos.
Car is located in an obscure Northeast Japanese car dealership. Dealer says it was taken in trade...

I drove a 1992 SL500 yesterday for the first time. WOW!
Car is for sale!! 82,000 miles. No dings or dents but a few scratches.
Has Both tops and the ydraulics work well.
Interior is clean. Tires...
