Might be a little to much but I'd really be up for transmission and torque converter fluid/filter change. Just a suggestion. If not, then I'd love to see other's valve adjust mojo.

I have an 84 300SD with everything you're looking for. I wouldn't consider selling it except to pick up an 84 300DT in equivalent condition. I paid $8500 and then had my mechanic replace springs...

My 84 300SD does the same thing. Go through the DIY section and research how to clean your fuel sending unit. It's fairly straightforward. If cleaning it doesn't help, you'll need to replace it.
