the 240 odo clicks over about 10 miles every few weeks....
I guess my guestimations might be too hopeful...

Well...the point of buying it was being able to keep up with highway traffic on my 25 miles commute across town...
if thats the case I'll go buy another Volvo 740 Turbo that gets 20mpg on pump gas...

I've finally run a full tank through the 81 300TD wagon, and my worst fears have been confirmed. The car is averaging between 18 and 20 mpg:eek:

Hello All..
I have a 300TD wagon and I believe the SLS pump may have gone sour.
When I bought it the system didn't seem to work. I discovered that the valve lever was loose and I tightened it....
