If you are at a light and hold the brake and bring the rpms up to 1k and leave the rpms there without touching anything, the car will change the rpm speed...

Its just the tensioner in the bushing going bad, its always been a little noisy, i just never got around to swapping it out.

as far as temp, it seems to do it worse as the car gets to operating...

my local parts place is out of stock on the 99 front bumper. They have the 2000 style in, and i like the way it looks a lot better. Is this interchangable easily?
