Checking EZL ??? 190E 2.3 won't start...

Check the crank sensor. It plugs into the EZL. ...

Check the crank sensor. It plugs into the EZL. Pull the plug, and check ohms with a VOM meter. Should be 750-1000 ohms.
Chances are good this is your problem of no start.

I have a 1990 500SL with the M119 engine, CIS injection.

Starts fine, idles fine. When warmed up, I do not get engine response...OTHER than at idle or WOT. The engine is a jet!

I get 3 codes,...

I would not recommend cross rotating any radial tire.
The radial belts in a new tire, start off being "vertical". When the tire heats up during normal driving, the belts sort of creep a bit in one...

I don't think there is any significant difference between the black noodle in the seat and a regular pool noodle.
