Could this be a master cylinder or perhaps an ABD pump? I wouldn't think that this would have anything to do with that system though, becasue when ABS systems are down, brakes work fine, just not...

The car's had an allignment, and the tires are about 3,000 miles old. I don't think one of thopse even being slightly off could cause it to pull as bad as it is.
