That's interesting. A 41 is about the same size...

That's interesting. A 41 is about the same size as a 48 but is actually more powerful than a 48. Some people are saying a 49 which is about 14 inches long but I'm not sure if it will fit.

Anyone know what the proper battery group is for a 1982 280SL? I have not yet seen the car yet, hear that the battery is dead and I'm not at all confident that what it has presently is correct...
