two connectors under the front passenger carpet ??

I accidentally found two connectors under the front passenger carpet. They do not fit each other. One has number 009 545 1728, another – 9608 ??
Does anyone can guess what it is?

What could be wrong with my 260E except that is too old (1987)?
HC(gpm) 3.96 (N=2.0)
CO(gpm) 86.9 (N=30.0)
