The panel I need would have holes as pictured below, but would be plastic/vinyl.

(and obviously it would only be the middle section, not all three as hideously combined on my poor girl)

I know it's beyond a long shot but: Does anyone have a source on early R107 non-wood interior trim. My interior color is listed as #265 "gray beige", but I'll take anything I can get.
