Correct, W124 have the single silicone mount like the W140s. SDL does not, it has the same style as SD... infact all are the same minus the 300SE/L... for W126

Spin ons are different as are the inlines. The inline on one is straight in and out, the other has a 90 degree bend. Look up the parts...or take my word since I own both. ;)

Mounts work. :D I just dont' recall on shocks, I took them off my SD when I did motor mounts... going from Klaus to the SDL (Karl) is pretty striking in smoothness at idle.
