I use startron in every cube. only 1 - 2 ounces...

I use startron in every cube. only 1 - 2 ounces for every 4 gallons of oil.
Cleaning the tank screen is pointless unless you have reason to suspect it's already clogged.
Starting with new filters...

I don't have the time or the room to let my oil sait around. I usually have a week at the most to settle and filter.

I have my sources drain right from the fryer into 5 gallons metal containers...
