vibration thru chassis sounds like a motor mount. eventually it will feel lilke a guy is up there with a 90# jackhammer working on your frame!

i concurr wheel bearings is what i would suspect...

i concurr wheel bearings is what i would suspect first if visual inspection reveals nothing rubbing.
